What makes a good ghost?

We’re looking for independent talented people with a proven track record for craft.

Ghosts can come from anywhere really. But we rely on reliable talent who are trusted to work independently at a high level. This is why most of our ghosts are a senior level.

Many of our ghosts enjoy the benefits of flexible working. It means you are in control of the hours you work. This works particularly well for parents who want to achieve a better work/life balance.

We prefer to recruit on recommendation, because ‘trust’ is what holds the agency together, but if you fit the criteria please get in touch with the form below.

It’s not for everyone

You may have bags of potential and talent, but if you’re just starting out on your creative journey, or looking for a full-time role, we’re not the agency for you.

Our advantage over traditional agencies is that we don’t carry heavy overheads of full-timers, but if you’re great at what you do, and the business is booming, you’ll hopefully be given a lot of briefs!

So if the above sounds good, you’re great at what you do and consistently deliver in a calm self-motivated manner, you’ll be a great ghost for us.
