What are your rates like?

Without major overheads to pay for, our rates will help you spend smartly. Although there is a ghost rate card, we prefer to work with you when quoting for a job to keep the process as efficient as possible. We’d rather have an early indication of what budget you have in mind and the time scales involved, so we can quickly assess the feasibility of the project and how we could add value.   

Why I find previous work?

There’s a simple answer to that – it’s all to come. We’re just at the beginning of our Ghost journey. But we have a wealth of experience working closely with clients of all shapes and sizes, see saintjon.me for a few examples but if what you’re looking for is not there please ask. One thing worth noting is as we get up and running, we are happy to work ‘at cost’ for our first few jobs. A bit like how a new restaurant opens, with the understanding that there may be points where we have to iron out any creases.

What’s the briefing process?

Clarity is one of the key principles of working smartly. It starts with an open conversation to get to the route the requirements and possible obstacles. A simple form will begin the structure of the creative brief. We also believe in as much face-time between the client and creatives as possible so the communication is always as clear and unfiltered as possible.

Do we pay for referrals?

  Not directly, but we might ask for a small finder’s fee from our partner. We would however recommend the extra value of a creative director or project manager brings.

Can we have a say on which ghost works on our project?

We would always present the credentials of every ghost recommended for your job. When  more than one ghost is good for the role and we will share options.

How do you, ‘work smarter’?

Good question! The short answer is that we try to cut away unnecessary time and expense in little places here and there. From the off, we try to be as transparent as possible to get to the agreed solution as quickly as we can. Meetings are efficient, where we limit the waffle and weight of the powerpoint presentations, keeping as much of the focus on ideas and craft – we’d rather show ideas in a raw way than spending too much time polishing ideas that are not going to fly. The team size is kept to a minimum to maximise the spend in areas that really make a difference.

Don’t worry, we are very nice. If you want to test the water with a small job we’ll be more than happy to accommodate, and we’re sure you’ll have no trouble sleeping at night!
